Shipping policy

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from Brisbane, Queensland.  Delivery is via one of a number of couriers we utilise for the best shipping options. We offer a $12 flat shipping rate for all orders. 

Shipping rates are inclusive of all packaging & handling costs associated with your parcel. 

Please ensure your address is correctly entered. 

We only offer standard delivery. Please allow time for your order to arrive – this is not an express service.

Please note that during promotional periods such as sales or Christmas, processing times may require an additional 2-3 days and shipping times may be extended.  We appreciate your understanding.

DELIVERY

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is dispatched, along with the courier’s website where you can track your order.  

For tracking of deliveries please utilise the tracking number we send to you upon dispatch of your goods.

LOST, STOLEN & DELAYED PACKAGE

Hutch Table Accessories is a small family business and while we will do everything we can to ensure that your products are delivered to you safely and in a timely manner we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen goods. In the case of goods being lost or stolen we will work with you to make a claim with the courier responsible.
